Mixed berry syrup
Mixed berry syrup is beautiful as well as delicious. Who would have thought that going gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free would improve breakfast?
You will need:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries,
- 1 cup cold water,
- 1 Tbs. clear jel (not instant) or tapioca starch,
- 1/3 C agave or honey
