Pumpkin pie

You will need: 
  • 1 - 15 oz can pumpkin,
  • 1 - 14 oz can coconut milk,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1/2 C agave or honey,
  • 1/4 tsp salt,
  • 1 tsp cinnamon,
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger,
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and
  • 1/4 tsp crushed cloves 
  • 1 unbaked gluten free pie shell

1. Assemble ingredients and preheat oven to 350

2. ​Mix all ingredients until well blended.

3. ​Pour into unbaked pie shell.

4. ​Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
